You only grow when people challenge you. If you refuse to hear anything but lavish praise and asskissing... I don't like being criticized, but it's the only way I learn.

You don't pitch a fit and scream "BUT IT'S MY STYLE/WHAT I THINK SO SHUT UP, YOU FLAMING TROLL!!!" whenever you get a question wrong in school, do you?
