Rain on Your Pity Parade Stamp

Why should I waste my time feeling sorry for someone who puts so damn much time and effort into being miserable that it's like they're trying to put on a parade dedicated to how ~*tortured*~ and *~special~* they are?

It's okay to be depressed. It's okay to be sad.
But what isn't okay is spending all your time trying to make people feel sorry for you and never giving anything back.
Sorry, I don't pity psychic vampires.

In other words?
Get over yourself. Nobody wants to dedicate their time feeling sorry for someone who dedicates their time to feeling sorry for themselves.

I know this because I've done it. I've spent so much time feeling sorry for myself and I realized, it doesn't do anything. It just makes other people hate you.
